Moving Dirt!

Lots of movement on the worksite these days! The excavators are working hard preparing the ground for the brand new 125,000 square foot school. Bus loop, parking lots, and outdoor playgrounds included, the new school will cover approximately 10 acres!

It's natural to have a dusty worksite as dirt is being moved... but our excavation team is diligently watering to keep the dust down in the area.

Here is an aerial photo captured by the excavators showing the action at the future school location. Just north of this location is 84th Street.

Below is another great aerial photo showing the "stockpile," where excess dirt that has been removed from the school location is being stored. In this photo, West Middle School is off to the left, and Homerich Ave is at the top of the photo.
